We stand behind our product.
Try Breath Lab for a full 30 days. If you do not notice fresher breath, cleaner mornings, or improved confidence after using the product as directed, simply contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will refund the purchase price of your first unit.
This guarantee applies even if the product has been opened and used.
Important terms:
- One guarantee claim per customer or household.
- Applies to the first unit purchased only.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- The product must have been used as directed.
- This guarantee is intended for genuine first-time customers and is not valid for repeat refund requests or abuse.
No return is required under this guarantee.

STANDARD RETURNS (NON-GUARANTEE CASES)

For all other situations, our standard return policy applies:
Eligibility:
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unopened, full-price items only.
- For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used products are not eligible for return under the standard return policy.
- Items purchased during sales, promotions, or as part of discounted bundles are final sale and not eligible for return.
Return Process:
1. Contact customer support with your order number and reason for return.
2. If approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
3. The RMA must be clearly displayed on the package.
Return Shipping:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping.
- Use a trackable shipping method.
- We recommend purchasing shipping insurance.
- If the return is due to our error or a defective product, we will reimburse return shipping.
Refunds:
- Refunds are issued after the returned item is received and inspected.
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
