Cancellation policy

Subscriptions

You can cancel your subscription at any time. There’s no minimum commitment and no cancellation fee.

To cancel, just reply to any subscription email we’ve sent you — your subscription confirmation, or any renewal receipt — and ask us to cancel. Or email us directly at support@breathlaboratory.com. We’ll take care of it and confirm back. No account login, no forms.

Cancelling stops all future renewals. Any orders already sent will still be delivered.

We’ll email you before each renewal so you always know when your next charge is due. To avoid a renewal charge, cancel before that date.

Individual orders

Our dispatch is automated and orders usually leave the warehouse within an hour of being placed. Because of that, we’re unable to change the delivery address or cancel an individual order once it’s been placed.

If something has gone wrong with an order, email us at support@breathlaboratory.com and we’ll help you sort it out.
